Rachael Bennetts
TuiNa Massage Therapist
Providing a safe, comfortable, holistic healing environment is one of the things that Rachael is passionate about when working with people. She began her journey as a Reiki practitioner ten years ago and has since discovered through her ongoing studies in Chinese Medicine (BHSC Acupuncture Therapies) at Endeavour College of Natural Health, her passion for health and integrative care through TuiNa massage.
Based on her understanding of TuiNa massage, which is an eastern form of massage therapy, she believes it is more integrative and holistic than other forms of massage: it heals the body, mind, and spirit through working with the channels (meridians) in accordance with Chinese Medicine principles, practices and theories, leading to a more holistic healing experience. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to a Tuina massage, rather it is based on a holistic understanding and diagnosis of each individual based on traditional Chinese Medicine principles and represents a truly unique experience.
Rachael is also a Reiki Therapist, Level 2, and offers this service to support the whole ethereal person.
